This is the part most people don’t talk about:
The growth happened.
The clients came.
The income stabilized.
And then… you paused.
You stopped showing up the way you used to.
You started tweaking things that were working.
You pulled offers. You questioned your investments.
And you told yourself, “I should be able to hold this on my own.”
In this solo episode, I’m teaching the two patterns I see most often in high-achieving First Gen entrepreneurs after they succeed—and how to break out of them without burning down what’s working.
Inside the episode, I share:
Here’s the thing: success will feel unsustainable if you are still wired for urgency and struggle.
This is especially true for women of color and First Gen entrepreneurs. We witnessed struggle + hard work as a form of creating safety. We’ve been conditioned to associate worth with output—to hold it all, do it all, and prove ourselves in the process.
But what got you here—Survivor energy—is not what will take you to your next level. That energy doesn’t scale. And more importantly… it’s not sustainable.
When ease finally arrives, it WILL feel unfamiliar.
And when something feels unfamiliar, we sometimes create struggle to feel safe again.
We convince ourselves something needs to be fixed or rebuilt—when what’s really needed is a new level of self-trust and identity leadership.
This episode will help you name what cycle you’re in, re-ground yourself in what’s actually working, and shift from fear-based maintenance to expansive momentum.
