If you’re first generation, you probably know that trauma is often the fuel that got our parents here. But where do we go from there? How does an immigration story inform a child’s life?

I’ve had this podcast on my heart for four years and today is the first time I’m telling my full story. Together, we’re going to be breaking generational cycles and getting out of survival mode. And I truly believe I could not facilitate that journey with you without providing the context that our connection can grow through.

Maybe you know what it’s like to strive for the best grades, so you will be the daughter your parents brag about at dinner parties. Or perhaps you’ve been living in survival mode and you’re ready to break out of it.
