Andrea is a Peruvian American financial educator and the founder of Building Gen Wealth and host of Latina Investors Podcast. She started her company after a pivotal moment in her 20s, when both of her parents were diagnosed with cancer within one month of each other. That fear—of not being prepared, of not being able to stop working—led her to ask a bigger question:
