68. How Do I Show Up Right Now? Navigating Business While the Immigrant Community Is Under Attack

There’s a question that’s been coming up a lot this month. From clients, friends, and in my own head: “How do I even show up for my business right now?”

Especially when the immigrant community is under direct attack.

When ICE is raiding homes and workplaces.

When people are being snatched off the streets into unmarked vehicles without due process.

When your nervous system is in survival mode and your body wants to shut down, hide, or just stew in anger.

If that’s the question on your heart right now, this episode is my answer.

I recorded it not from my desk, but walking through my home—because I couldn’t sit still. My nervous system wouldn’t let me.

And I didn’t want to force it to.
